This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Warlayirti Artists which states in part: 'Ningie has painted some of her country located south of Balgo…This country is known as Yula after the tjurrnu (soakwater) depicted as the circle in the painting. The many parallel lines represent flood plains as well as the tali (sand hills) found in this country.'
