This painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Warlayirti Artists which states: 'Tjumpo has painted some of his country to the south of Balgo, close to Wilkinkarra (Lake Mackay). Marruwa is this general name for this country and is a major Tingarri place. The many lines in the painting represent the tali (sandhills) that dominate this country.’
